Building administration consists in integrated services adjusted to the maintenance needs of the building and of the space related to it.
These complete services rely on the following:
- services of periodical inspection of electrical and sanitary installations (they may be supplied on a subscription basis);
- cleaning services of air conditioning filters;
- personnel qualified in various fields (electrician, plumber etc);
- green areas maintenance services (lawn mowing);
- parking maintenance services (for underground and aerial parking);
- exterior cleaning services (the perimeter of the building);
- maintenance of exterior sidewalks related to the building;
- restroom supplies such as paper towel and napkin dispensers;
- other items (ashtrays, waste baskets, dust bins, etc).
