Building administration consists in integrated services adjusted to the maintenance needs of the building and of the space related to it.

These complete services rely on the following:

  • services of periodical inspection of electrical and sanitary installations (they may be supplied on a subscription basis);
  • cleaning services of air conditioning filters;
  • personnel qualified in various fields (electrician, plumber etc);
  • green areas maintenance services (lawn mowing);
  • parking maintenance services (for underground and aerial parking);
  • exterior cleaning services (the perimeter of the building);
  • maintenance of exterior sidewalks related to the building;
  • restroom supplies such as paper towel and napkin dispensers;
  • other items (ashtrays, waste baskets, dust bins, etc).
